Title IX and Section 504 Non-Discrimination Notice
Reformed Theological Seminary does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs or activities, including admissions and employment, and is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and its implementing regulations not to engage in such discrimination (except to the extent that their application would not be consistent with the Seminary's doctrinal standards). Additionally, as required by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Seminary does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its program or activity.
